Encofarms Foundation is a Section 8 NGO and the parent entity for community development programmes across Northeast India. We work at the intersection of agriculture, horticulture, livelihood creation, youth empowerment, and environmental stewardship — building sustainable futures for communities that have long held this land.

Our flagship programme, ALSIPOP, supports poppy-farming communities in transitioning to alternative, legal, and profitable crop systems. From coffee to cardamom, agarwood to avocado — we build with permanence in mind.
